Visiting the website, hosting
This website is hosted by STRATO AG, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. When you visit the site, the server processes technically necessary data in log files: IP address, date and time, requested file, and browser and system information. This is necessary to deliver the site and to operate it securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We show no advertising and use no cookies, analytics or tracking tools. The fonts (Jost, Archivo) are built into the site; no connection to Google is made.
Remembering the privacy notice
So that the notice only appears once when you first open the site, your browser remembers for the duration of this session that you have seen it. No personal data is stored. The entry disappears when you close the tab or browser (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG).
Contact by email, phone or contact form
If you write to us, call us or use the contact form, we process your details to answer your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). With the form, these are your name, email address and message; with your consent they are sent to us by email (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and are not stored on the website’s server. To protect against misuse, the same applies as for reviews: the server remembers an anonymised short value derived from your IP address for one hour. We delete your details once the matter is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
YouTube videos
Videos are only loaded when you click “Load video”. Only then does your browser connect to YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; embedded via youtube-nocookie.com). Your IP address and device information may be transmitted and cookies or similar technologies may be used, including by Google in the USA. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can withdraw it at any time by not starting the video or by reloading the page.
Reviews
If you submit a review, we process your name, the stars, your text and the time. Every review is checked by us and only then published on the page with name, stars, text and date. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box in the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). To protect against misuse, the server stores an anonymised short value derived from your IP address for one hour; the IP address itself is not stored (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). For every new review we receive an email with your details. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future and ask for your review to be deleted; an informal email is enough.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw any consent you have given. Write to us at contact@kunstblockbalve.space. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.
